What does Gyno do to chest?

I have some gyno, I do know this. I have soreness and a small lump under the right nipple. Here is my question, I have always had fat on my chest, a decent amount, more than most people would with my body type. It went down a considerable amount when I leaned up, but I have got a little chubby at the same time I go the gyno. My chest is looking pretty bad right now, but it is fat all around the whole chest, up to and down low, not just like nipple growth. I do have puffy nipples, but what will and what will not go away when I lean way down?

Well the fat well go away and the gyno well stay.....Hopefully it's not to obvoius, because gyno surgery is expensive

The gyno is the breast tissue that you refer to as a lump. Sometimes it goes away (don't count on it), and sometimes it goes away after surgery. If it is not too bad and you lean up, it won't be noticeable. However, if it's bad enough, the only thing you can do is have surgery. Start lying to your insurance company or cough up $3000.
