What do you guys think of this:

EQ 400mg/wk 1-12
winny 50mg/ED 1-5
anavar 40mg/ED 7-12

Should an anti-e be added, like arimidex (money isn't an issue)?? Is 5 weeks too short for winny and anavar??

sounds good...you can add some test...and you can make the anavar over 5 weeks like 6-8 weeks

Do you think it's a bad idea to run winny and anavar back to back?? I left a week in between for my liver to recoup, is that a good idea?

Looks like a good cycle. You will not need the liquidex (unless you are prone to gyno). But you will need the Clomid.
