Hey All -
I want to try this Stack out and read that it should do the job for me. I'm lookin at:

Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL
Citrulline Malate
AAKG - Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate Powder
Currently taking: ON 100% Whey protein

My goal is to bulk up and also try to cut as much as possible. I'm 6'2"...189 lbs...Would like some feedback on this and also please let me know if anyone recommends this or have used it? SOme other members in my other Forum have and said it's great with NO SIDE EFFECTS!!!

I don't know about Citrulline Malate so I can't comment there.

CEE is great stuff preworkout (keep in mind most of these products are only in our systems for a few hours after ingested)

AAKG (Nitrix has this in it I belive, I used it... pain in the ass to take those 4 pills on point 3 x daily for 1/2 ass results... eating clean foods will do more for you)

Protein powder... in my opinion should only be used out of convience if you can't get quality/clean whole food in you.

You're looking for more vascularity and pumps...

How's your diet and training... supplements definetly help. But the foundation should be diet and training.... if you don't train for a pump, you'll never get one... something to think about.

Thanks bro -
Well, my diet is pretty good I think:
Fish, Cottage Cheese, Power Bar, TONS OF WATER, fruits/veggies, tuna, steak(once in a while), lean hamburger(once in a while), protein shakes, chicken, white turkey breast(thinly sliced from Delhi/ about 2-3 times a week on Healthy Nut Multigrain Bread).
I'm 6'2", weigh about 189 lbs....and looking to bulk more as well as cutting. I have muscles pretty everywhere, but some cuts just aren't showing up and I would REALLY like to see ALOT more vascularity as well. So basically, these are the 3 Supplements that came up for me to try.

Well if you're going to try them, try them and expirement... that's what I do... or Did for the most part. I don't waste as much money as I used to on supplements because Diet and eating every 2-3 hours good food has given me greater results than anything else along with lifting heavy and low reps.

To each their own though... expirementation is the name of the game to find out what works best for an Individual.

Post up a typical day of meals and the macros if you want to talk about diet bro, diet is the key to all gaining or loosing weight.

No prob -
Typical eating day on weekdays:

Morning - Protein Shake, Power Bar, Cottage Cheese, Banana...Snack on dry fruit once in a while mid morning

Lunch - Protein Shake, mixed veggies(mostly steamed/sometimes raw), tuna

Mid afternoon after work- Workout about 3:30 or 4pm...usually wolf down another Power Bar before workout then Protein Shake after workout

Dinner - Chicken/Lean Hamburger(95% lean) or Steak, more veggies(salads, steamed or raw), brown rice

Weekends I usually have 6-8 Egg Whites or Oatmeal with Cottage Cheese!!!

Go to www.fitday.com it's free.

Plug in your food for the day and what you will eat later for the entire day.

Copy and Paste your Macros (Your total calories and Protein/Carb/Fat breakdown).

I hope what you said you eat on weekends isn't all you eat.

And it doesn't seem like your eating enough real food (powerbars, shakes should be saved for occasional convience IMO).

LOL - I eat alot more than that on weekends, I was just stating that in the morning for breakfast, I have the time to actually cook eggs, oats...etc...I'll check out the site -thanks!!!
