What do you think about this insulin program?

am planning on taking humulin r three times per week, after my big workouts (chest, legs, back). I want to put on some size but not get fat. Here is what I plan to do:

Post w/o:
5iu humulin r

15 min later:
Protein Shake-
10g creatine
10g glutamine
50g dextrose
50g whey protein

2 hrs later:
Protein Shake-
10g glutamine
50g dextrose
50g whey protein

of course I will consume no fat during humulin r 4 hour window.
I think using 10-1 carb/iu ratio will not get me fat using only 5iu a day.

What do you think? All I am on now is 400mg of Primobolan a week. I dont want to fuck with any androgens any more. I just want to keep my natural test levels as high as possible. But I still want to get big!

Any suggestions?

5iu ???

5 iu, seems a little too careful. Your post shot plan looks fine to me, but 5 of the R you will never notice. Don't get me wrong though, start smalll, even at 5, just know you will want to move up. Move up 3-5 at a time till you get to a level you personally feel comfortable with. I have worked up to 30 myself.

how long have you been on for?
there was a post probably a week ago about a guy who was doing 60ius a day. When he came off he felt dizzy and light headed, probably became diabetic.

With humulin r your blood sugar drops 15min after injecting and then 2 hours after that. Then 2 hours later is out of your system I believe.

Curious, because I only work out 3x per week and was thinking of just doing it post workout. By the way ive done slin before with no problems with the am and post workout method. Only did it for 4 weeks though and now im taking 4 off..........galaxy
