looks good to me, but if it was up to me i would bump the sust up to 750-500 a week. i just dont see much gains off of 250 a week. everything else looks good.

sust wont even start kicking in until your almost done with it, and plus that dosage wont give you much, run it throughout and bump it up to at least 500
