List of clear, concise rules to be listed in TOS about what REALLY constitutes bannishable offenses and not left to the subjective opinions of the mods?
 
Welll....MOST of the banned members are back under one guise or another......why all the bullshit about it....
 
It is a good idea. But from what we ALL have seen.. some of these guys have a right to be mad. How can you ban someone for saying somthing.. then have the one who banned them saying stuff like "inbread" or making allegations that are false. You know.. I think some of these banned guys got the shit end of the stick.

also.. it is up to 3 elite mods if we get banned? One douche-bag said he did not even care who it was.. as long as 2 others made the vote.. he was in too??? FUCK THAT!!! No wonder these "leak" guys are soo pissed off.

I feel that is the mods ... no.. if George is sick of this MOD leak shit.. he should make the mod board "read only" I feel that an off-site MOD board would be just as easy to get this info from as it is now. This "HIGH AND MIGHTY" mod shit is over.. all of us are sick of it.

You totally missed the point.....I feel that a lot of bannings WERE justified....a lot of them were very subjective because there is/was NOT a set of strict rules to go by....

That seems a bit of an extreme comparison. I would venture to say that the difference is qualitative and not just quantitative.

He has been a Mod on the women's board for a LONG time. You don't know him, so you can't make assumtions as to the meaning of his post. Written words can be taken out of context when you don't hear the condescending voice for sarcasm. I think everybody that knows him would concide that his post was sarcasm....:alien:

Yeah.. but the thing is.. there were exceptions made to rules that were never defined.

I do not understand why anyone should be banned.. unless the did somthing to effect the structure (actual coding of the site) or did somthing to bring about negative publicity to the site elsewhere. Calling someone names is a WEAK as hell reason to bas someone. Look at the names I have been called.. I have had my picture posted.. death threats... the whole 9 yards.... I have never asked anyone to ban anyone.

If I am equal or less to anyone else.. they can handle it...
