I get that enuff at work especially; it's usually ppl who have tried everything to make gains to no avail and refuse to read and educate themselves. . . (I don't use gear. . . yet. . . building a solid foundation first) I just tell them I follow a strict diet and work each body part once every 7-10 days

They all get disappointed when I answer them with that. . . I can see it in their eyes. . . they were hoping for an answer like Creatine, Hydroxycut, pro-hormone stack, no hard work at the gym.
