Is it possible to get a girl to admit her interest in you just by talking to her? I'm tired of how they think they have to play games/hard to get. Why can't people just be honest with each other? There's nothing saying that that takes any of the fun out of hooking up. All it does is make it easier to trust each other, which makes me think she is going to be that much more worth it when we finally do hook up. You can still have the thrill of the chase, but being lied to and her being deceitful is a turnoff. I'm talking about college girls; do they all still like to play games, or will they really be honest with you if they think you are being honest with them?

I guess it depends on the girl, some like the thrill of leading you on and others are honest in their feelings. I personally would be blunt about it, but I am a rather blunt person.

I hate games. Didn't play them in college and don't play them now. Lots of guys and girls do though. I'd rather just say how I feel or what I think. Why create drama or make things more difficult? Life is difficult enough, why not just enjoy it?

Hard to get is one thing; being deceitful and conniving are another. I have no problem with girls not willing to give it up right away. I agree that there is excitement in both people knowing what's going on and where things are heading. But when she does things like for example:
Tells you to call her, and then she either doesn't answer her phone or says she's too busy to talk and then says she'll call you back and doesn't;
or
Asks if you're a nice guy and then if you say yes or you simply aren't the type of person to treat her like shit to get her attention, she belittles you and loses interest;
or
only gives you attention when you have other girls around you.

These are examples that I don't go for. It's just immaturity.

Yes, that is very true. People must have a lot of time on their hands to play games. Imagine two busy, successful people giving each other the runaround; what are they getting accomplished? Who are they kidding? If they like each other, they know they will get together, unless one or both of them gets tired of the games and they give up one each other and miss out on something that could have been great. I guess the bottom line is that I don't like to mess with peoples' feelings, because I know I've had mine hurt more than necessary in the past.

What's the point? Unless you just want to screw the girl and forget about her. In that case why waste any time on her? Relationships on the other hand cannot be built on deception.
