What do you guys drink while working out?

Was curious as to what you other guys use to hydrate yourselves while you work out. I have always come into the Gym with a gallon of water, and sometimes add a little Crystal Light to it., to help me drink it/adds some flavor. CL very low calories and no sugar/ dont digest it anyway, what i have heard passes through like water. Been doing this for ever....Go through about gallon 1/2 to 2 gallons a workout. depending on what/ or how I feell, but at least a gallon I use a workout. Helps a lot.

What do use guys drink?

it only has 20 cals in 17 oz bottles . i drink one of those and one bottle of water.you can mix the two for a little flavor.:D
 
H2O and crystal light as well.
sometimes i add maltodexdrin when energy stores are low.
In the past I have also drank protein shakes.

When off, Malto/creatine - I mix in the gym due to instability of creatine in water.
When on, water, enough to keep my weight constant during workout .
 
I only drink water too. If I drink anything else, such as gatorade or a protein shake, i feel like shit and it kills my workout. I sip a big ass bottle of water throughout my workout because too much at once also makes me feel nauseous.
 
Boy. 1/2 to 2 Gallons of Water during a Workout . When do you have time to Lift man. lol . I would be puking blood by the end of the workout. I probly drink a 1/2 and feel bloated most of the time.
 
water throughout they workout...b/c i sweat so much water out..gotta keep it all in...and after workout.. i drink a protein shake and take some branch chains amino acids..
