what do you do when you're sick

flu, bronchitis, cold, etc. what all works to either end it or make it less painful. should you take ibuprofin for all of these things, and how much is the safe dose (400mg every 4 hours or something).

if I still get it---I go to the doctor and get some perscriptions

I got bronchitus my junior year in football and played with it and it went into pneumonia--I lost 16lbs in 6days and was very weak.
