kidney support? I know you can take cranberry juice but I'm wondering if there is anything better or more effective. Thanks in advance.

you can by cranberry capsules. i like to take those before i got to sleep. the ones i have is like 1500mg per cap. just dont take to many at one time, it will burn when you pee and make you think all day about all the questionable sex you have had in the last few months.
