What do ya think of this sup program?

I'm pretty new to bodybuilding and from some things that I've read heres what sups I've started taking.

Pill form :
Calcium 1000 mg per day
L-Carnitine 500 mg a day
Flax Seed Oil 1000 mg twice a day

Protine Shake:
Protine powder =23g protine
Creatine 500mg
Glutamine 300 mg
I was thinking of starting another shake in the evening minus the Glutamine and maybe the creatine.

For now my workout is full body 3 times a week and abs and cardio on the off days. Like I said I'm just getting started and I'm also trying to get rid of some bodyfat also.

I'm just not sure if I need to be taking all this or if I should cut back a little.
