what do ya think of my stack?

hey everybody, just wondering if there is anything i can change, add or delete from my daily routine?

8am-breakfast (oatmeal)
-47g of designer protien
-1 cap of garlic

10am -mid morning meal (chicken breast, potatoe)
-multivit
-b6
-omega3/6
-vitC
-Calcium tab

preworkout-2g arginine/ornithine/lysine
-1 teaspoon of glyceral (in my water bottle)
-two squirts of liquide creatine

postworkout-47g of desinger protien
-1 lrg scoop of muscle-tech (did not load up)
-500mg of L-glutimine
-500mg of Arginine

dinner-bcomplex
-1 cap garlic

bedtime-2g arginine/ornithine/lysine

well ... thats about it, these are all the supplements i take. want to add more, but not sure if i'm taking too much. thanks for reading . btw i'm getting good results, loosing b/f and gaining lean mass. later.
 
I'd drop the liquid creatine for monohydrate powder & use it post-workout. I think it's pretty well been proven that lc is crap.

You stated your breakfast and mid-AM meals, but nothing after that but your supplements. So are you eating just 3 meals a day or did you leave some out?

I do agree with the other guys: 86 the liquid creatine and go with powder (I like micronized).

Try another protein shake just b4 bed too assuming you're not getting a lot more protein after your postworkout shake.

i did leave some meals out (too much typing).

the thing with the L/C it has sum supplements that get me going, wakes me up.

i usually do have a shake before bed, but since i started taking the arginine before bed, i read that it's not good to take with protien. which doesn't make sence really because it's an amino acid.

some other stuff i wanted to add was -bcaa
-co-enzym Q10
-selenium
-kava kava
-cla
-hmb (maybe)
-brewers' yeast
-chromium p.

actuall, i'll porbably try this stack next month and drop everything else but the multivit, vit C, and B-complex

i used juice before and liked the results, but going natural, my results i think are even better. i don't get out of proportion and more importantly my personality doesn't change for the worse (i rage when i'm on). anyway, thanks again and keep pumping.

kava kava before u go to bed (Only if needed)
CoQ10...why? Anything wrong with your heart?

I would add protein about 1 hr before going to bed too.
 
why kava before bed and only when needed? is there bad side effects?

i'm taking Q-10 for overall antioxident. the atmosphere that i work in is not all the best (auto garage).
