What do I want to take?

Anyone have any good tips on what to take... I want to bulk up and cut up. My current size.

5'10"
185-190lbs
medium build
BFI: Not really sure too much I know that!

I know I need to lose few Lbs. in body fat but at the same time I am wanting to bulk up and cut up. can I do this all at once or do I need to concentrate with one at a time. I have currently started a mostly chicken diet. I have a chicken sandwich for lunch and then grilled chicken and brown rice for dinner.thanks for the help guys!
 
How old are you? What is you cycle history? What is the rest of your diet like? How long have you been lifting?
 
lunch ? dinner? what's that... we go by meal 3 and meal 6 in our daily life... u need to increase cals and eat more often to burn fat first bro. also , research more please
 
Sorry I didn't give enough info,
age 23
cycle- d-bol a year ago 5-weeks 50mg a day.
lifted off and on for about 3 years, hit it hard when cycled and right now back to hitting it hard. Workouts about 1 1/2-2 hrs 5 days a week.
as for diet thats about it i need some tips on more things to eat during the day.
 
ok, i wasn;t going to post but came back, because you need some help... you should be eating at least 6-7 times a day. im 22 and when i was bulkin i was eating upwards to 10-12 meals a day. eat solid meals chicken, steak, egg whites, rice, beans, pasta, fruit, vegi's, efa's. diet needs to be in check first. we have a diet forum which is a great place to go look for certain type of diets whether it be bulkin or cutting, or even maintaining.
next workouts seem to be really long... im in the gym for no more than 45 minutes. a little longer when i was ON. that could be a problem , between small diet and long workouts, u could easiley be over training.
I say get those in check before lookin at more AS, ok :)

Please forgive me, I'm 4 days out from a show so I'm a prick. You just said you wanted to bulk up and cut up, that's hilarious. Tell me when you find utopia because that doesn't exist in reality.

I like that, you're a good sport! I would go with bulking first, run 500mg's of test a week for 10 weeks and eat a ton of quality food! You will grow like a weed bro!

Of course you're right silv but help a boy out...

You need to get your training down first... then u need to learn how to train consisitently for 6 months... then you need to do a Test 500/week for 10 weeks with proper PCT and follow with 8 weeks of clen, 2 on 2 off...

Thats my recomendation for Bulk/Cut... Its a year process but you'll prolly skip the first 6 months of actually learning how to train and end up losing all ur gains after ur cycle...
