what do i eat in winter?

ive been pretty good on this cutting diet..no cheat days/meals, no fruit, maximum carbs 100g(usually more like 50g), hardly any dairy etc etc...

when summer is over, what do i do to change my diet? I dont want to turn into the blob just because im not going to the beach...

any suggestions?:)

yah what DDD said but also ,atleast on the weekeneds why not have CARBLOAD days? bump carbs to 200 and than back to weekday 50-100gram a day? you wont gain weight but hell you will feel pumped when lifting:)
 
Eat

If you want to get really big the only choice you have is bulk.

So, eat, eat as much as possible. Eat everything that fall in your hands, even if you are not hungry.

When you diet down you will see miracle.

THANkx for the advice..but i aint a bro..so I dont wana get 'really big'...
more muscle would be nice...:D
i do however want to see a difference when i start cutting again next summer..i have been 'cuting' for so long i think my body is just used to it now...
a bit of a mixup would be good i think...and winter is a good time to test it out..may try what u said doofs;)

any other more specific diets/tips would be appreciated
