What diet is right for me?
I keep flopping between a few. I am currently 6'1" 250 lbs and 15% bf. I am not looking to get in contest shape either. I just want to be lean for summer. I am running winny/tren/prop for 8 weeks and would like to be lean by then. I will be doing cardio 5 days a week in the morn on an empty stomach. I just am leary about CKD for fear of loosing too much muscle.
Any help would be great!
