I was doing decline presses 2 nights ago. I did one warm up set of 21 with 45's then a set of 12 with 315 with ease feeling stong. I usually go up to 365 but because I did 12 reps so easy I threw on 405.
On the 3rd rep I hung it up cause I felt a scary pain where the pec attaches to into my delt area in the armpit. Not so bad, no popping, I even 3 sets of overheads after to try & stretch the pecs out. which might have been a bad idea. I went home and iced it the rest of the night & put icy hot before bed.
anyway 2 day's later and it hurts more then 2 days ago. I can move my arm I can flex my chest but not all the way and it burns the injury like hell. I can lift my arm out but pulling it back is what really hurts.
anyone familiar. am I fubared! how long till this shit heals? damn, advice please!!!!!!!!
