what countries in/around europe is it legal to buy AAS over the counter?

I am going to England for a month in May. I was hoping i could take a flight somewhere close and buy some over the counter. I heard turkey, greece, and thai.. but i really dont want to go to thai. i was thinkin about buyin some winny and sust. anything else?
