what causes soreness on injection site.....my ass is killing me

i always make sure to rub the area fo at least 3 minutes, that seems to work with most oil based injections

I AM SHOOTIN 2 CC'S OF TEST 400 AND 1 CC OF DECA 300 EVERY 5 DAYS.

THE TEST 400 HAS CYP, ENENTHATE AND PROPIONATE IN IT

I agree with this answer and ever since I started massageing after bi's and tri's inj. it make a hugh diffrence.

ok i did a search on it..........which i should have done in the 1st place.

anyways this is what i came up with

1. run hot water over the syringe while the gear is in there 9not the pin)
2. inject
3. rub site at least three times
4. use icy hot on site
5. sit on a heating pad for like 10 minutes

if this shit dont work my ass in still gonna be limpin dont think I am gonna be doing any legs this cycle

I've tried the Icy Hot idea... it really works well... at least it did when I rammed 2cc's of TT Cyp in my shoulder... I mean, it was still tender, but I wasn't sweating from the pain all the time.

Heating Pad

I slept with a heating pad on my ass during my last cycle, It helped alot.

you can also try warm the vials up before you draw it into the syringe either with running warm H2O or wrapping it in a heating pad.
