Ok dunno if this is the best place for this post and might not get the right attention..

BUT I'd like to know what you guys have come across that you can before going to the beach or out on the water to look the most pumped up, vascular and muscular. What supplements can you take, when and how.. obviously you probably want to lift that morning but what else can you do including to look the leanest and cut etc.. Thanks in adavcne k for good answers
 
Seriously, just spend half as much time in the gym as you do worrying about how you look and posting online and you will have no problem because you will be jacked. You don't get to 225 and 10% by wishing.

To answer your question, though, it helps to drink plenty and lower salt intake the day before, drink plenty of water, and then fast after dinner time the night before. A glass of red wine the night before will also help because of the slight diuretic effect.

Again, it all starts with the solid base, though... that's just good nutrition and hard work at the gym. Get off your computer and grab those dumbells
