What can i take for insomnia?

I use straight up store brand sleep aid.

Get the softgel caps, they digest faster
look for ones with 50mg of dyphenhydramine

all sleep aids have this ingredient. zzzquil, riteaid, eckards, CVS they all contain dyphenhydramine. 50mg gelcaps work for me, on "light sleep nights" i take 2, on nights where I want to pass the FUK out for 12hrs, i take 4

I also work night shift work, so when i revert to a "normal' sleep patern on the weekends, this really helps me as sleeping in the dark is hard for me

my only problem???? I'm looking for an appite surprrestn that doesnt contain caffeine

I still wake up w/ dyphenhydramine to pee at night, when i have to pee i get hungry and sometimes eat, when ive already had my macros for the day


anyone know of a good apptites surpresent you can take before bed? a NON-stimulent that you can combine with dyphenhydramine?
