Hey Guys,

What's up? I just joined and am psyched to getting back the bod I had. Especially since summer is coming up and back in L.A. Anyways, I've really been considering getting a "jump-start"...I've put in my years for all-natural, and eventually plan to go back to maintain a percentage of what I've gained (and lost, my natural metab. is hella slow).

I had a routine surgery done about 6 months ago that kept me out of the gym for a few weeks, and I completely lost motivation, and haven't been to the gym since. I'm now ready to get my ass off the couch and get my bod back!

What kind of cycle would you recommend for me to get back to where I was? I'm pretty well experienced in the gym and know many exercises along with proper form, so I'm just looking for the right gear.

Is just Test enough? And is tappering down and going back to natural enough to maintain? I was never big...just lean and cut. I'll post pictures of where I'd like to "maintain" (with a probably some more delts and pecs)

Advice...

1st i think you need to be doing a little more research before just jumping the gun. Especially being your 1st cycle, correct?, these should be your biggest gains so it's better you learn before making a mistake u may regret someday. If you are looking to bulk check into some A.S. like Sustanon, Enanthanate, etc and make sure injectables are your base. Then if you want based on your own opinion add what you want like D-bol or some anti-e's etc. I wish you luck and the search was really helpful to me as well responses from elite members have also been really useful. Also make sure before u even think about A.S. that you have a decent diet in check and your training routine is in good shape. Once again best of luck!!! ~JT~ :angel:

Look bro I am going to give it to you straight. Either you are or you aren't. By this I mean that if you are going to experiment just to get back in the gym you have lack of self motivation. Not a good thing. Darkside is right. Your first cycle will put Godlike gains on you if you use certain hormones.
If I were you and I wanted to use it just to get back into the gym, I would use something more anabolic than androgenic. IE, Winstrol or EQ. Other than that you are asking to blow down the house.
Remember this also before you start. Once you do decide to do that first cycle. You are pretty much committed to it for good. By this I mean that it is uncommon for a person to do just 1 cycle. Remember this. Think hard. I am not saying it is the wrong decision because I ahve been there. I am just saying, Make sure you think before you react.

Cycle? You need to work out for YEARS more... and learn to eat. You are remotely to the point where you should be hitting the juice.
 
well if u are gettin back into the gym after 6 weeks, spend at least as much time gettin back in to the routine, then post again, not to flame ya bro, but i just dont want to put on size especially if u have a slow metabolism like u said and havent been to the gym in a while.....luck
 
I agree with DarkSide. Your broad question leads me to believe that you have not yet researched that much. The decision on which AAS to do, if any, is yours alone and should be made based on your best judgment. The board has boatloads of info to help you make those decisions and you should take advantage of that. Also, AAS are meant to supplement your growth, not be the catalyst. Diet, training, and rest, in that order IMO, are the most important. AAS should be used to supplement, not replace. If you haven't been to the gym since your surgey, you're not ready to juice.

That said, I have just begun my first cycle of test enanthate only, supplemented with ancillaries liquidex, nolva, and clomid. I'm a believer in single compound first cycles because to me it makes sense to start off small and progress...that's how nature is meant to work. What can you expect from a test only cycle?, "hella" gains.

Learn, eat, train, eat, rest, eat, repeat. Best of luck to you and welcome to the board.

I agree with these guys, get some motivation and get back in the gym before you even think about juicing. BUT, if your gonna juice anyway refer to Wfabrizio's post "A Different Angle For Sust Users"
 
Thanks guys for the input. It really shed some light on the issue. I know most people juice after hitting platuea, but is there a suggestion on something "weak" I could use to get kick-start?

I guess my main issue is beign where I'm at, looking at where I've been (pysically) and walking back into the gym. I'm no pro, but I've done my research on natural gaining. I know form, exercises, and proper diet. I guess I hate looking like I did back when I first hit the gym... Oh well just suck it up I guess. We all start somewhere, right?

Either way I appreciate the feedback. I'm not offended and applaud the constructive critism most you of you bring.
