Hey bro I am 20 years old and my back gets extremely tight and the pain is so bad. Just last year I would have to get up in class because just sitting there my back would tighten up and the pain was ridiculous. I went to a chiropractor for a while but that didn't even work for me. I started to stretch a lot and before I knew it the pain went away. I stopped the stretching to see if the pain would come back and sure enough it did. Also try taking glucosamine and chondritin. The longer you take it the better it works. I have been on it for almost a year or so and it really does help.
