what can help the prostate

besides saw palmetto and proscar what can be used to help protect the prostate?

Try Hytrin (but you need a prescript

it lowers the BP and helps your prostate, so you get two out of one.
Any BB having BP problems and/or prostate problems should consider this med, even only when on a cycle.

It lowers your DHT in the prostate, but so is Saw Palmetto.

Lycopene and Zinc...

U could get the lycopene either in pill form or u can get it cheaply by drinking tomato juice(watch the sodium though). Zinc is very important for prostate health.

I know this guy that had prostate cancer and took lycopene, saw palmetto, zinc and nettle leaf together and was cured. It might not have been those alone but, hey, he was cured and it hasn't come back.
