What Arimidex Dosage?

I am planning on using Arimidex throughout my cycle to minimize side effect & water retention potential. What is a good daily dose?

If you are gonna be using under a gram, 0.5mg a day is all you need.

Could you take arimidex EOD for same results as ED ?
Do anyone have expiriences of EOD?
And for last, do anyone know the half-life for arimidex?
