Most recomend 50 mg/d! IT is totally dependant on you though! Do a lil research Bro! You will find everything you need on this sight and others out there!

I wuld run somehere from 30-60 mg (male on first few cycles) a day depending on the manufacturer. I don't know why it is so hard for some people to anser your above post.
