What are these????(no pic)

Ok, my russian is a little rusty. I just "came across" something I think is sust 250. They just look bunk. They are amps. Here's what's on em: First of all there is no label. The amps are clear with a white ring where you file off the top. The letters are printed right on the glass in black. There are these letters- O-M-H-A-something that looks like an N- P-E-H *R 250.

Underneath these letters is "Jelfa SA"

Below this is: "CEPNR No 20699

Any ideas?

It is polish omnadren 250. It is basically the same as sust.

Thanks 2thick. Its just that they look so bunk! Are the amps supposed to look so poorly manufactured, or could they be fake?

They are the old ones. They haven't been around in large amounts for a couple years... They should still be okay, though.
