No, I don't agree on the fat burning issue.......GH alone caused an 8 to 12% change in overall body composition (leanness) in the trainees in Yarashevski's leading research on the topic. It does not cause muscle growth by itself, though....lots of test, dbol/anadrol and insulin creates awesome results in lean mass.
I don't think large doses are necessary either. Considering that our natural production is only .5 to 1.5iu a day, even 4 iu supplementation is a huge increase........the more you dose, the leaner you will get however.
I have found that GH improves the skin in many ways, smoothes wrinkles, eases stretch marks and blemishes, and gives competitors that "paper thin skinned" look that wins shows....because it removes the last vestiges of sucutaneous fat deposits........the vascularity in my avatar, which I have all over my body, is from extensive GH supplementation.
