eat a low fat complex carb diet.......such as
eat 11 times your bodyweight in total cals over time increas to 12
eat no more than 20-25 grams of fat
eat only whole foods and fruits like (oat meal, sweet potatoes, pears, many kinds of apples, oranges, some whole wheat bread)
eat one gram per pound of lean bodymass in protien, such as tuna on wheat with some ketchup (very tasty), lean london broil steak, baked chicken, catfish
do cardio everyday 30-60 minites per day (jog 6 miles in 60 minites works very well)
weight train each muscle once per week. dont forget squats, and deadlifts
