What am I supposed to feel?

I recently started taking Smacker, an ECA stack, 2x a day. (I am a female, 5'9" and about 140 lb) Each pill has 25/200/105. And aside from extra endurance, I don't feel anything. And the endurance may even be only from the caffeine or the whey/oats/apple I ate before my workouts which always gives me a nice kick. I used to take my own stack of the same ratio but with Ephedrine instead of ephedra, and didn't feel anything either, so I started taking ephedra thinking I'd get a better effect from it.

Now I have a question, what does this mean??? Does it mean its not helping my metabolism/its not working? If so does that mean the pills are bad or fake (does that happen) or maybe I am not affected by ephedra? Do I have to take more? What do you guys usually feel? Do you necessarily have to feel something?

I'm sorry if I should dim, but this is my first time experimenting with these things and I have no idea, as you can see, what to expect. I'd be nice to see what other people felt so I know I'm on the right track here. Thanks guys.

That all depends on your past CNS stimulant experience. Yes you should feel more energy. 25mg Ephedra seems enough for a 140 lber. 200mg Caf is not much though.

You need allot more ephedra per mg than you do ephedrine to get the same effect. I do forget the ratios, but certainly that's no where near as much ephedra. I seem to remember taking a supplement with 200mg ephedra and it wasn't enough. I'd stick to ephedrine hcl. I usually take it with caffiene, but never less than 50mg a pop.

Hmmm, okay what is CNS?? The only thing I have taken before, diet pill wise, is the ephedrine HCL which didn't do anything for me at 25mg 2x a day. I didn't feel anything so I switched to this now, and I still don't really feel anything. I threw away the bottle of what I am using now but its standardized to 25mg a pill, if that makes any difference in not taking enough?

Just because I don't feel anything means its not working on burning fat? Or do I have good nerves or what? I'm so confused.

CNS = Central Nervous System.

You do not have to feel the effects of fat burners for them to work, but if you are taking it looking for more energy and aren't feeling more energy, you should change something (product, dose, timing, etc.).

You may not feel your heart pounding through your chest, but your body is still amped up thermogenically. What you should feel is a slight rise in body temperature.
Ultimatly what will make you loose weight is a caloric deficient diet, or simply burning more calories through exercise than you take in.
