I am quite pleased with the results ive got so far from my diet and training except for one major thing. my upper abs have become very visable but from my belly button down i still look like a fat bastard. i mean its almost funny. if i hike up my pants over my "problem area" i would proudly walk around any beach with my shirt off .....BUT......from there down i dont even allow my own wife to see......i eat a very clean strict diet (honestly, in my persuit of fat loss i probably dont eat enough for optimum muscle gain) and i do cardio every single day....i even wear one of those belly buster things when i run to sweat more off my love handels....i know that i cant spot reduce so im pretty stumpted....im sure some of it has to do with the fact that ive lost close to sixty pounds and there is alot of left over loose skin but theres plenty of fat in there too.....any ideas???

i usually have a protien shake first thing in the morning.....followed by an egg white and turkey omlett a couple hours later....from there i suppliment with protien bars or shakes until diner which is either grilled chicken on the forman grill and a vegetable or a subway roasted chicken on wheat. ....then usually another shake before bed.....when i can i eat a can of plain tuna or more grilled chicken instead of bars and shakes.....no red meat.....no cheese....nothing deep fried.......one mistake i might make is i sometimes will eat the subway sub to close to the time i go to bed which might be to late for that many carbs (the wheat bread).......also i sometimes (maybe once a week) have chinese food (chicken and snow peas on white rice) which im learning, with the sauce , maybe isnt as good for me as it sounds.....thats pretty much it.....i havent had one french fry, or slice of pizza or even one sip of beer in 5 or 6 months......i try not to eat to much fruit because of all the fructose but i do sometimes have a couple strawberrys or a bannana as a snack

number one rule:
NO BREAD

increase your carbs in the morning eg oats
and add good fats like flax oil at night.

read the post " the ultimate cutting diet" by theonecrumcake. I sugggest following the modified diet if you dont like the orginal version...both work.
