What About This......

I recently started a 4 week diet to lose the extra water weight i gained from my last cycle. i plan to drop to 195lbs from 218lbs.
i will be begining my next cycle as soon as my four weeks are up.
what do you guys think about this? should i be droping so much weight? or is this whole thing a bad idea?
 
It's not a bad idea... But water weight generally leaves on its own especially when you drink a lot of water and stay away from high sodium foods and drinks.

That's another thing i wanted to talk about. "Sodium"
should my Sodium intake be lower when i am on my cycle?
