What about the Egg "Yellows"

Egg yolks are packed with cholesterol and are best consumed in MODERATION. They do, however, contain both high quality protein and some good fats as well (yes, some of it's saturated.. I know). Don't be afraid of the yolk, but just don't go overboard either.

I personally try to limit myself to 5 per week. You can go crazy with the egg whites though.
 
Depends on the rest of your diet. If its higher in carbs don't eat the yolks, but if carbs are low then eat all the yolks you want. Its been known for a long time cholestorol in the diet (from eggs, meat, etc) doesnt significantly raise blood cholesterol. Yolks also have many of the vital Amino Acids, good cholesterol, etc.

Good advice but for the wrong reason. DO NOT fear an egg's cholesterol. The body does not absorb cholesterol from food very efficiently. Yes, a diet high in saturated fats is not a good way to keep cholosterol down. BUT, cholesterol is usually best controlled by being active, not by diet (unless you already have a problem or have a genetic predisposition to have problems...in both cases you would need every bit of help you can get). The thing to watch out for with egg yolks is the fat calories. If you go overboard with yolks, you'll add a lot of saturated fat calories and will have to watch other sources more closely.

DO NOT sweat cholesterol in eggs if you're an active, healthy individual.

Yello, white....if you can have the calories eat it, But I usually do 4-to-1 ratio. The Dogs sure love the Yokes!
