what about primo?

And remember,

Primo if commonly faked and substutited with other steroidals. Unless you know FOR SURE that what you are buying is real, DON"T. Plain oil and test are common substutions for primo injectable, and who-knows-what is in the faked tabs!?

If its your first cycle and you would like to cut I would go w/ anavar....im not a big fan of primo...seen some nasty sides and little gains w/ some hardness...start off low if you do take it 50mg a week and watch for sides!!!!!
 
does anavar have a used-by-date?

last year a friend gave me a little supply of anavar capsuals..would it still be ok to us now?
 
define capsules?

i've always thought of capsules like dristan or something (you know, the kind that open up and the medication is inside, hope that makes sense)...

if that's what you have, i've never heard of anavar being distributed like that and i'd really double check what you have b4 you start...

now, if what you meant is tabs, what are the tabs (who makes them and what strength?)

as for expiry on anavar tablets, i'm not sure, i'd be weary to take anything that didn't come from a bottle or foil wrap because i don't know what it is, where its been and how long it really has been around... but that's just me.. i guess you could ask your friend, if they even remember.. i wish i had 'friends' who just handed me my cycles.. hehe

also, well we're on the subject, define little... if you only have enough for a few days or weeks then its probably not worth it, i'd wait until you got more to proceed with a cycle... woman's cycles are best run at low dosages for a relatively long time (as compared to mens... there is even arguments that women seldom need to come off low dose cycles if they can afford it)...

are you ready for a cycle rez? forgive me if i'm wrong, but i thought you were pretty new to this game (i get people confused a lot :) )

I dont know if im ready or not...all i know is Im getting so frustrated with little results. The last two weeks Ive changed my training and diet and took my bf% today and barely any change!
I need something...
 
yeah, i'm with spatts, you can't judge a program after 2 weeks... you'll need at least 6-8 and even then that shouldn't be an excuse to take shortcuts... revisit all aspects of your agenda (training, diet, supplements and rest)...

ok training:
first thing am every morning;
pre-training
*200mg caffine
*60mg pusedoephedrine (have to get it from sudfed - cant get hold of pure ephadrine)
*2 asprine tabs

monday; legs + 40mins walking fast on treadmill

tues;chest+bis+same as above

wed;60mins walk oudoors

thurs;back+abs+40mins walk

fri;tris+shoulders+40mins walk

sat;60mins walk outside

diet (eg last two weeks)
30mins after training:
(8am) m1;protein shake w 1/2 soy milk, 1/2 h20,1 tsp glutamine powder

(10;30am) m2; hard boiled egg, can of tuna in oil, spinach leaves, 1 tsp avo

(1pm) m3; grilled salmon + salad

(3pm) m4; low-carb myolplex shake + canned salmon

(6;30pm) m5; tuna, egg, salad w 1tsp avo

(8;30pm) m6; 1/2 can tuna, spinach w flax

multi before bed
sometimes a low-joule jelly if i have a sweet tooth at nite.
and i dont know if this makes a difference but i have herb teas w a couple saches of equal in during the day as well - does equal have carbs?

total=
cals=1310
carbs=23 10%
fat=72 30%
protein=149 60%

You need more calories!!! Eat some Meat...tuna is great but get in some red meat and chicken etc...eat real food as often as possible! Add some fats too!!! Olive oil, flax, nat pb...and 2 weeks is WAY to early to judge...give it time...takes time..have a little patience..but you need more calories especially if you are training heavy etc....EAT!
 
Primo isn't a good choice for cutting at all. Most DEPOTS will cause water retention. I'd stick with anavar or test prop if looking to cut up. But all in all the AS you choose will be less important than diet and training. More or less water retention is about all you will notice with different gear...
 
I'd also add, that at this stage in the game, you're doing WAY too much cardio... and at the wrong times... either lift or do cardio... don't do them both in one session, especially w/o eating first or between... you'll just end up catabolizing the muscle that you are working so hard to build which will catch up to you in the form of a slowed metabolism...

rest is a VERY important factor that you are neglecting... give your body at least two days off a week... save the marathon daily cardio sessions until a later stange in the game when you have the muscle to loose... if you're a cardio junkie (as some of ya are), do 3-4 a week MAX... if you must do cardio after you lift, keep it so 20-30 min MAX (even that I personally wouldn't do)

and, as new said... EAT.... food is the most anabolic substance you can take period...

i just read your post..

Your bf% results are amazing! Im really impressed..thanks for the post. So do you have any before after pics?
 
by the way..

when you started working out twice a day, did you do weights followed by 60mins cardio plus cardio at end of the day? or only on no-weight training days cardio x2?
 
yups makes sense..thanx heaps..Ide still love to see some before/after pics if you have.

I think I will stick to my p=60%,f=30%,c=10%..with more food as u guys suggested - more chicken etc.

If anyone else has had success w their diet - please post it with before/after bf%
- the more knowledge the better!!:D
 
hey spatt, u still doing low-med intensity cardio..i know u think im caughtup on this point, but I have been doing that for about 1.5months now, and still finding it hard to believe its better for me than something like hiit training.
 
anavar capsules from spain

To the questions about anavar capsules. I've seen (and used) 10mg anavar capsules originating from a underground lab in Spain, with great results. These might be what you have since they've been showing up on at least three major lists I'm aware of.
