Test is for sure, but it's pretty watered down.

What do you mean watered down? Do you mean low concentration?

If so, I'm sure hospitals and such can get whatever concentration they like.

Depo-testosterone (cyp), delatestryl (enanthate), oxandrin (oxandrolone, anavar), anadrol-50, androgel (testos gel). DECA had been discontinued, but it may be back in either generic or as Deca durabolin. Halotestin may be discontinued, but its generic may be back. Methyltestosterone is available. Compounders make most of these. Not all pharmacies carry these, for it is costly to keep meds they don't typically dispense on the shelves.
