What AAS 2 use HELP

I have read loads of excellent post over the past week or so on what AAS are best for Bulking/Cutting and I have had my far share of questions on here too.

Respect to the Mod's while Im here you guys have been real helpfull, I hope you guys get paid.

What I need to know is @ 25.6% bf what AAS would be best to hold Muscle while on a cal cut diet with cardio, along site my weights.

For you guys that havent read my post's this week I have been running T3, Clen, ECA and winny for 4 weeks noe at 50ml oed.
 
To be honest man... youre BodyFat is too high to consider using AS right now in my opinion.

Focus on your diet... keep cutting, and build a solid foundation to work on from there.

After that, most people around here stick with Test as the best to run with. Some more experienced guys will probably chime in here with some better suggestions.

I personally am running a test520/Deca450 per week stack for 10 weeks.
 
with that high of bf you can loose a lot of that while sparing your muscles just on diet and cardio. its when u get lower that it gets hard to hold onto all that muscl... loose at least 10% then you can start thinking about using some AS to help hold onto muscle if you still want to cut.

just saw your stack...well if your already winny winny clen t3 and eca stack, i am hoping that you are loosing fat very easily

This makes sence but I have allready lost some muscle and fear being a string off piss by the time im done with bringing my bf down. I have allways had a good frame I was lifting big for 4 years straight till last year when I done my back in, I had the whole "STRONG MAN LOOK" going on, not really a BB LOOK as there was a little tummy as well.

I done a sus only cycle last year and then a Eq only just to see how my body would react and If it did I knew what compound it was.

Now I really wanna diet lift and add cardio But also add a ASS to hold things there must be somthing for me at this %bf


What about Eq at like 4/500 ew and a light Test e instead of Test p to avoid loads of jabs. Thanks mate !
 
what do you mean 4/500 eq must be run for 12-14 weeks to be effective. prop is used if you want it to kick in quicker, test e will take two weeks to really kick in whereas prop will kick in right away. that bf% is very high for aas. use some clen and diet most importantly to get down to 12% then throw in aas. if you are at that bf you have not dialed in the other important factors that will allow aas to benefit you. imo you really should be at 10% before you touch anything.

No, we don't get paid. As far as your cycle, why are you doing AS at 26% bodyfat? we should talk about your diet instead of your cycle.

I had so many people tell me dont cycle unless your under 15/20% bf if I wanted to bulk up and eat above maintance cals then I could understand but I dont !


Here is My diet if it helps I have changed a few things over the past few days I have added a more carbs/greens

dont feel like guys are jumpin on you tellin you to get your diet in check and not to use AAS they're just trying to help. you may in fact feel like you've tried dieting and it didnt work well, but if you go to the diet forum you can get a lot of help there, it may be just 1 or 2 small things you're doing wrong. If you're 250 pounds or so at that bodyfat I wouldn't even worry about losing muscle I would just get the fat off of me. If you keep lifting with a good diet you should keep your strength, muscle size can be misleading because fat makes you look bigger too.

I think you misread, don't bulk up OR use AS until you drop the bodyfat. Now that you're on winny, nothing we can do.

I'll look over your diet.
 
238 @ 6' 5" means that you have very little lbm @ ~ 26%.

meaning...

are you certain that you're really 26%??


are you strong or weak? (for your size)

Ill try and get a pic togeather in the next few days cuz the machine at the gym has been tested against others that cost 3 times as much but im telling my self that im lower. I got no fat any were but my tummy I can just about see my top abz, The reading could be wrong I have been thinking that for a while!

If you can see any part of your abs - then you're way below 26%.

26% at your height and weight would make you a big fat guy - and i doubt you're a big fat guy.

dullboy figured that you couldn't be 26%.

it's not the best picture, but it looks like you're more in the 16% - 19% range (best guess).
 
No way are you 26%!

Just keep doing what you are doing with the Stanazolol (winny) and you MIGHT want to cut out the T-3, but that is just my opinion......for me it is too damn potent :) It takes alot of my muscle mass because of the increased thyroid hormone output....along with the lowered caloric intake..

Just keep your calories low and lift HARD. Do some cardio about three-four times per week (eliptical is the shit) and you should be good to go...

That's the best question/comment on this thread. 26% @ 6'5" and 238 lbs doesn't seem right.

I don't think that pic = 26% bf.

I ask as Im dieting right now have been for 9 weeks and have lost 17lb but want to now add some AAS to cut the rest of the way. Everyone before My pic was up when I asked about a cycle with 26% bf said wait till Im lower as its then when you may need AAS as its much harder for your body to not burn muscle when you bf it lower and it would then be a better time to add ASS.


What are peoples thoughts now they have seen the pic ???

firstly you need to be on a cutting diet. how many calories are you taking in. you should be able to take off that with just training and diet without losing muscle. if you are going to use no matter what i would reccomend anavar because it will promote muscle growth with restricted calories
