i get to work, and the owner is there. a meeting is called at 9am.
apparently, on friday, an employee that was being watched by a private investigator (we weren't told why) was fired for not following the terms of his employment, which were obviously that he had to remain under psychiatric care. (i think he had been leaving sexually explicit notes for someone and they caught him and made him get help, but then he started emailing her threats).
they fired him, and told him under no circumstances was he allowed back on the property (also for the safety of the girl he was threatening).
saturday morning, the private i watched him drive to our parking lot. the police were already surveying the area and watched him try to get in. they arrested him for trespassing, and found a small starter pistol in his pocket and a .22 in his car.
so, he's in jail and we have security guards now all over the place, plus electricians installing alarms and lights and panic buttons and cameras.
it's cool.
