First off all i felt so tired all day and then i get to the gym around 8pm and i jumpon the scale im down 4 pounds to 208 pounds. So anyways my workout went okay but not as good as they usually are. Im on the 6th week of my cycle, for the first 2 weeks i did t200 at 500mgs each week, then for the last 4 weeks ive done sust250 at 500mgs each week, also for the first 4 weeks i did dbol at 30mgs. Do u think maybe that all may gains have come from the dbol and the test200 and that the sust esters still need to kick in? Also i started at 195 pounds and i have been sticking to my diet 4000-5000 cals 350 grmas of protein!
