So the western union associate says what are u sending the money for? Do u know the person you are sending it to.....? I mean what do i say to that...Its overseas...any good answers to this......anybody had the same situation?

Never done it...however, you could tell them you have a friend who is going to send you some/a (insert something tourists would buy in that country here).

Tell them it's a donation to a needy family. Explain to them that alot of people need help in the world today and ask them if they have donated any money to any needy families lately, let them know that you would be happy to get them a list of names so that they can donate as well.
