This is the second time I have used Western Union and the lady at the currency exchange fucked up the last name for the receiver. Let me tell you that calling Western Union sucks even more cause if you use a wrong TX number they can not change the last name for you cause they can't verify the person so the Currency Exchange has to call and request it. I have never had this issue with Money Gram, maybe its just the dumb ass people at the currency. Oh well just had to vent a little

Same here -- spent 3 hours at 2 different Western Union locations to send funds one time. At the first place, I waited in line for 30 minutes just to get to the counter for them to tell me that the Western Union center was out of commission. Then waited in line behind a woman trying to receive funds for another hour at a different location -- she happily walked away with a check for $23.00 bucks!
