source said he needs to know the senders first and last name. I only forwarded money with WU one time but I don't remember having to give them my first and last name.. maybe I did. However.. if I am required to give my first and last name, can I give a fake name or will they ask for ID?

Bro, I think you have to give your name for WU. Cause when I went last year to send money they made me fill out full name and stuff and since I was putting a like $1K in WU I wanted to be able to get it back if it messed up at all. I think you could put a fake name no problem but its all up to you bro! Good luck man!

You can give a fake name no problem. Just make sure u tell your source the name u used to wire the money. Also make sure u use your real name when the source is sending the package.

I have always had to fill out the paperwork with my first and last name. You don't have to show ID unless you are recieving cash, and even then i haven't had to show id.

WU does not know what the funds are for, so why does it matter?

so its no big deal to put first and last name when sending WU.......what about when recieving the goods...why cant u have a fake name with the correct address on it....

im about to order INT and was wondering the same things...

hamper19--If anyone wants you, it's not going to matter who's name is on the package.

The idea is to not draw any attention to the package, WU makes no difference. A package with a name that does not match the address puts up all sorts of red flags, not to mention the possibilty of an added mail fraud charge if u are caught.
