Went Drinking Last Night/help!

I could not resist it any more so I went out and had about 6 martinis. Today of course I do not feel so good. :(

Is there anything you know that will make me feel better so that I can workout later in the afternoon? Anything non-alcoholic cause I am at work now.

I know that I should have not but I did it and now I am paying the consecuences. Feel like shit!

Tons of water, vitamins and minerals. Much of the disomfort is due to dehydration since your body needs water to espell the toxins. And some ibuprofin as well.

Zyg hit it right on the head. Take your daily multi vitamin drink alot of water and get back on schedule.:D

Not to be a dick, but you need to get rid of the temptation completely before you use gear. It's a waste otherwise.
 
I really wish I could have your strength and not drink at all. But, I have been really good since I started my cycle 7 weeks ago. A man needs to live a little!

It might sound crazy, but but some Pedialyte at the store. Mix it with Hawaiin Punch or something like that to get your electrolytes back in order since you're so dehydrated.
 
There's nothing like Gatorade and multi vitamins to cure a hangover! A little asprin might not hurt either, along with some carbs.
 
Yes lots and lots of water. You feel soo shity because the alcohol dehydrated you and at this time especially during a cycle your body needs a lot of water. Also, be more protective of your liver man. Hopefully you are on some kind of detox factors for your liver. And Surgical hit it right on the head Pedialyte for your electrolytes.

I would have a slice of pizza! You already cheated might aswell cheat some more!

But seriously, I always have two advil and three huge glasses of water BEFORE bed when drinking. I never get a hang over. I think Zyg is right btw.

tons of water! with milk thistle, and primrose oil, this will di toxifiy your liver which is being taxed right now. as for working out just skip a day and bust it out twice as hard tomorrow....
 
Just keep drinking the water, and get that Pedialyte. Electolytes are nothing to screw around with. Hydration, hydration, hydration!!!!
 
6 martini's....is that it. Youve got a hangover from that .....!! You should try posting that on a UK Muscle Board, the response you get is 100 % different. I read one yesterday which was very similair but the response was basicaly " 1 night wont hurt, everyone does it, enjoy yourself ".

MY PROBLEM IS NOT WITH DRINKING IF I DO DRINK ITS JUST LIKE 2 BEERS...

MY PROBLEM IS THE CHRONIC I GET CRAVINGS FOR A SMALL CHRONIC BREAK ATLEAST ONCE A WEEK...

AND I KNOW THAT IS PROBABLY WORSE THAN DRINKING
 
red bull, water..bro don't worry, one weekned you get fucked up will NOT kill your gains..now if it was every weekend then thats bad..onfirst winny cycle i still drank, which was STUPID...didn't drink every weekend, but at least 4 times durjning that cycle i got hammered..not the greatest idea, but my gains were there. Regardless, Once or twice you will not die....of course make sure you are taking anti-oxidants for your liver...yea if i were you i wouldnt workout next day...thats just me...stay home and masterbate..just as good
 
I am very hungry bit I'm afraid that my stomach wont hold much! But I need my lunch proteins!!!! What's a good hangover food?

Water, aspirin, V8 juice (veggie, not fruit), some more water, some good food. Oh yeah, and I always try to beat off at least three times. Get some sleep tonight and you'll be good to go.

Over here in Finland we consume alcohol quite much.. But it's not necessary to go to gym next day. Sometimes it's even impossible...
As a matter of fact, I'm drinking some long drinks right now. But not too much, I'm gonna go to gym tomorrow and it's heavyyyy back day, yeah!!!!!

After careful consideration I have decided to suspend gym day until tomorrow. Right now I still have 1 1/2 hours to go at work and can barely function. I do not want to kill someone with my weights going all over. Besides, I have a really bad temper these days and specially if I am not happy to begin with.

So, nogym toda :(

Go home, take a nap, eat first, get up and work out. You'll sweat out that shitty feeling I promise ;)

why do u need booze to live a little?? just cause youre not drinking doesnt mean u cant go out.

ive been on cycle for 10 weeks(just did my last shot yesterday:D ) and ive been sober for about 4 months. i still go out and have a good time though every weekend. my friends r good about it too, they know that i dont drink very often and they dont bother me about it.

when the temptation gets really bad, i just think of the 5 pounds ill lose in the next week if i do drink. that usually does the trick for me.

btw, heres some little facts that may help ya think twice.

it takes your body 3 days to recover from a mild drunk. if u get really blacked, your recovery time is more like a week.
 
Lots of water, 3 advil, and I think everybody has forgotten ephedrine. It will make you think you feel better until you really do.
