wellbutrin AND inositol

Hey guys how are you all? i was just wondering if you could tel me if wellbutrin can be used with inositol? Also what can i take to fall asleep better? Ambien makes me see wierd shit. please help me out. thanks jay

Yes they can be taken together. For sleep try valerian root, kava kava, or melatonin. None work really well for me, but I know people who they work great for. A unisom sleep gel is enough to do the trick for me in most cases. If not its two Ambien and then night night..... that only happens once every few months though.

dont mix kava or valerian with wellbutrin...use 500mg inositol
400 magnesium.,,1000mg calcium all at bedtime......

Any reason for this? I've never read or heard any contraindications with the above listed (not an MAOI). WOuld like to know your reasons for that statement. Just curious and not discounting it.
