Well the diet is going perfect!!!

I started at 15% bf at 260. It is week 4/5 and I am 244 at 10%bf. My strength is good, but I run out of energy after 2-3 sets and it is complete hell after that. I need to end up220-225 so I am right on track. Right now I am at 5% carbs, 55% pro and 40% fat. I don't count calories and I am spewing out ketones. I had to add in a weekly cheat day to keep my body from going to nuts. I am seeing more vascularity everyday. I hope to put up pics soon. First show is April 12th. Then I have a bridge until June 7th/14th. I hope to do the Jr. Natls, even though I know I am not nearly big enough.....I will freak them out with a Frank Zane look:D
