Well, I did it.

After all the posts I've read about the benefits of doing cardio in the AM on an empty stomach I decided to work a 30-minute session into my AM routine, and then the other 30+weights after work. So I drug myhappy ass out of bed at 4 am (I have to be at work at 6:30) and trudged over to use the elliptical at my Apartment complexes gym. I am now definitely awake.

good job, that is what I am off to do now!
 
How cool is it to start your work day pumped up on all those cardio endorphins ?
Then only to hit that 11am wall when you crash.. LOL..

how was the workout?

I do a morning workout once per week but unless I get hopped up on caffeine first I seem to have very low energy and my workouts suffer.

The workout was okay...I think next time I'll chug one of my SF red bulls beforehand...I had to concentrate on not stopping...hate that...
