today was the first day my knees let me squat in 6 weeks, I lost so much strength

I wish I woulda gotten some when I was 231 in august, bloated and everything, but much bigger ... arms were an inch bigger, and chest an inch and a half.. but of course that was week 8 of my cycle

I feel small as hell
