Do you think if Welfare was eliminated at the end of this year (or next year, some type of timeline - whatever) would the American Societ as a whole improve or deteriorate further?
This isn't a political question so spare us all the "liberal" and "conservative" crying on here.
As you know, my perception of welfare isn't a pleasant one.
