As some of you know, I've been plagued by injury and personal problems for the past year. First my shoulder and then my forearm. I'm glad to say that I'm going to be able to start training again but restricted from doing anything that involves me squeezing anything too hard with my right hand. When I first hurt myself, I tried to train through it but that actually made things worse. I feel good enough now to start to do some kind of training besides sprints and cardio. I feel like shit and probably look like it too. All I can say is that I'm going to try hard as hell to get myself to the physique that I know I should be at right now. Thanks for the time brothers.
