As some of you know, I've been plagued by injury and personal problems for the past year. First my shoulder and then my forearm. I'm glad to say that I'm going to be able to start training again but restricted from doing anything that involves me squeezing anything too hard with my right hand. When I first hurt myself, I tried to train through it but that actually made things worse. I feel good enough now to start to do some kind of training besides sprints and cardio. I feel like shit and probably look like it too. All I can say is that I'm going to try hard as hell to get myself to the physique that I know I should be at right now. Thanks for the time brothers.

shattered my hand bouncing, my hand a kids skull, 7 pumches later I shattered 2 bones badly.

So far I am in week three and a half of not training. I had surgery and the full arm cast comes off tomm. we hope. But still 5 more good weeks of no upperbody, unless I push it with hooks.

either way I look foward to the day you are at.

come back slowly to training bro.. I had a hand/shoulder problem last year and it's the best advice I can give you

Damn bro I knew you had injuries and problems and shit but I didn't know you stopped training completely. :( Haven't chilled with you in a while too bro hope you get back to what you were. Well actually I KNOW you will and then some. Glad to have you back training bro. Then in Spring you can try my long cycle out. hehehehe. :D
