I'm 4 weeks into my first cycle (Sust, Dbol, Deca, Clomid as ancillary; I'm 33--been lifting 'naturally' since jr. high) and have seen what I think or OK gains. In general, I seem to be significantly stronger in the gym and have been told by my wife and others that I look like I'm pretty jacked up build-wise.
However, that good pumped/sore feeling that we all know and love seems to have given way to just a general, low grade, deep-muscle pain. I'm working out an average of 5 days per week, 1 hr/day, with plenty of sleep and good chow.
Is it possible that this is a result of overtraining? Side effects?
Do you guys ever take a gym 'vacation' of 3 or 4 days in the middle of a cycle? It seems that my body is telling me two different things: 1) work out like hell and/or 2) take it easier. Any ideas & thoughts would be much appreciated.
