weird hairloss experience

i seem to lose hair while im on preventive measures, but as soon as i stop taking them, the hair loss stops.

im 4 weeks post cycle (test/eq/dbol) and i was taking proscar and using nizoral shampoo throughout the cycle. around week 4 i started to notice a little hairloss. around week 7 i noticed a lot of hairloss. the hairloss slowed down when i finished the cycle, but still continued. i added spiro around week 8, but that didnt change anything (i used spiro for about 5 weeks total). i recently stopped taking the proscar and spiro and the hairloss has basically stopped. the same thing happened to me about 4 months ago. it was before my first cycle, and i was using rogaine, spiro, proscar, and nizoral to help fight natural (non-AS related) hairloss, but it didnt help. as soon as i stoped taking all that stuff, the hairloss stopped.

this seems completely counter-intuitive. has anybody experienced something similar? or have any theories or why this is happening?

As soon as i started the shampoo mine stopped. I only notice it while I'm on a heavy cycle.

this seems completely counter-intuitive. has anybody experienced something similar? or have any theories or why this is happening?

according to spencer cobrin, hairloss guru, (TheBaldTruth.com & sunday nite radio show at 11:30- wlir in NYC, and syndicated in many cities)
stuff like minox and proscar occasionally cause a shedding when started, which is just the resting phase hair dropping out at accelerated rate. the growth phase hair then replaces it.

neither proscar or minox will regrow hair where im losing it. im receding.
